OVERALL TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to La’Mira (hereinafter referred to as “LMR”).  We are a company incorporated in Singapore. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, www.lamira.com.sg, and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

ELIGIBILITY

To use LMR’s website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old, possessing a valid Credit or Debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us at the point of purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you may use LMR’s Services only with the involvement and permission of your parent or legal guardian.

By using LMR’s Services and confirming a purchase, you authorise us to process a charge(s) on your Credit or Debit or eNETS account in the amount of the total purchase price for the product(s) purchased. Products purchased by you are for personal or gift use and should not be used for commercial purposes, or to derive any commercial benefit. LMR also reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being purchased and/or shipped to any one customer or postal address.

With the use of our Services, you have agreed that we may use personal details provided by you to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and controls as and when required. Under such circumstances, the personal details you have provided may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency acceptably to us, which may keep a record of the information.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. 

As much as we strive to capture the most accurate colour of the products seen on our Site, kindly take note that the colour may differ slightly in real life due to shoot lightings or individual’s digital screen settings.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in SGD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

LMR currently provides two payment methods: Stripes Payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay), PayNow (HitPay). The order is only considered as reserved and confirmed once payment is made. 

Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid possible shipping delays or product shipment errors. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received or updated within 24 hours. Store credits will be issued in the event that the payment was made after the stated duration without notifying. Refunds are strictly not allowed. In the event that no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your account may be blacklisted from future purchases. All transaction fees are fully absorbed by LMR. 
Any reimbursement made by LMR will be in the form of store credits (valid for 6 months). Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Sale items will not be awarded points. Kindly refer to Rewards Points page for more information.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.

To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding on this.

We require 1-2 working days to attend to emails. Kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as our email works in a ticketing system if multiple emails are sent, the initial email from the same sender will get pushed back, hence resulting in possible delay in replies.

BACKORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please only join if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays. 
If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, your in stock items will be dispatched first. 
Kindly note that there may be slight colour differences for backorder batches.
Please refer to the backorder status page for any updates on BO arrival.

There is strictly no refunds for any paid backorder in the event if you were to change your mind.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts are not applicable to selected Special Collections (stated at checkout) and sale items.
Birthday discounts are eligible on the first order of the birthday month per customer. 
LMR reserves the right to nullify any discounts if discount codes were discovered to be misused.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Shipping fees and delivery options are displayed at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact. Certain items (e.g., sale items, underwear, accessories) may be non-returnable. Refunds will be processed via credits. Please refer to Returns page for more details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including images, logos, text, and designs—is owned by or licensed to La’Mira and may not be used without written permission.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious code
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Sites and/or the Linked Sites and any content posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under this Terms of Services where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government, shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents. In the circumstance that any of the events last for more than one week, either you or LMR may terminate the Contract by written notice and without any liability other than a refund of a product already paid for by you and not delivered. The refund will be made fully via LMR’s Shop Credit. We reserve the full right on the solution adopted in meeting our obligations under the Contract despite such events.

These Terms of Services shall not exclude or limit LMR’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, and misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and defend LMR, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your breach of the Terms of Services.

LINK TO LMR SITE

You may link to LMR’s Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any site that is not owned by you.

This Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

WAIVER

Failure or delay by LMR in exercising any rights or remedies stated in this Terms of Services during the term of agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies, or affect any other subsequent event or impair any rights or remedies in respect of it. It does not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us, if any, of any default, does not represent or determine a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waivers of any Terms shall be effective unless expressly stated in a waiver, communicated to you in writing and authorised by a management representative.

LMR RIGHTS

These Terms of Services shall apply at all times, to all orders and contracts made or to be made, when you use LMR’s Services for the sale and supply of products. In any event when you use the Site, including but not limited to, submitting a purchase order to us, giving any delivery instruction, or accepting delivery of the order, this shall constitute your unqualified acceptance of these Terms of Services. These Terms of Services shall prevail over any separate terms put forward by you. Any conditions that you submit, propose, initiate or stipulate in whatever form and at whatever time, whether in writing, by email, or verbally, are expressly waived and excluded. No other terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing, authorised and signed by LMR.

LMR reserves the rights to amend the Terms of Services at any time without notification. By purchasing from LMR, you agree to abide by the Terms listed. All sales are final and may not be amended. 

REWARDS PROGRAM & MEMBERSHIP

ELIGIBILITY

The Rewards Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who create an account in accordance with the Program requirements.

ENROLLMENT

Membership is free unless otherwise stated. By joining, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.

EARNING POINTS / REWARDS

  • Points are earned based on eligible purchases or activities as defined by LMR.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points may not be transferred, sold, or combined with another member’s account.
  • La’Mira reserves the right to exclude certain products, services, or transactions from earning points.

REDEEMING POINTS / REWARDS

  • Points may be redeemed for rewards as listed in Rewards (Link) at the time of redemption.
  • Redemption is subject to availability and may require a minimum point balance.
  • Once redeemed, rewards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless required by law.

EXPIRATION OF POINTS

Points may expire after 1 year of inactivity or on a specific expiration date, as determined by LMR. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS

LMR offers different membership tiers with varying benefits. Tier qualification and benefits are determined solely by LMR and may change at any time.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. LMR is not responsible for unauthorised use of a member’s account.

MISUSE & TERMINATION

LMR reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, revoke points, or cancel rewards if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

LMR may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with the LMR Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LMR is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from Program participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
