Do I need an account to shop?

Yes, a registered account allows you to place orders, track shipments, use store credits, earn rewards and manage wishlists.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Simply use the “Forget your password” option on the login page to receive a reset email.

How do I know if my order was successful?

A confirmation email is sent after checkout. If you don’t receive it within 30 minutes, the order may not have been processed.

Why did my payment fail?

Common reasons include poor connection, card restrictions, insufficient funds, or gateway errors. Try again or contact hello@lamira.com.sg with a screenshot.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing begins.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

You may contact hello@lamira.com.sg immediately, but changes are not guaranteed once packing has started.

What happens if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?

Orders will be shipped out in separate shipments, first in stock and the latter after preorder arrives.

What shipping options are available?

Standard course delivery: 3-5 working days
Express delivery within 1 working day via Grab / LaLamove
International delivery
No self-collection

How long does delivery take?

Local delivery: 1–5 working days.

International delivery: 5–20 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Customs taxes and duties are paid by the customer.

How do I track my parcel?

A tracking link or number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

What happens if delivery fails?

Redelivery or return-to-sender fees may apply; additional fees may be required to resend your parcel.

How long do pre-orders or backorders take?

Generally 4–6 weeks depending on production. Backorders approximate ETA will be advised under Backorders tab.

What is the return window?

Please send returns within 7 working days upon recipient of parcel for local orders; and within 30 days for international orders. Kindly refer to Returns page for more details.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers will pay for return postage and any customs fees unless the item was wrong or defective.

What refund method is used?

Refunds are typically issued as store credit. Cash refunds are not available.

How long does it take to process returns?

It will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the return parcel.

Can items purchased with store credit be returned?

Unfortunately, orders paid using store credits are not eligible for returns. Thus if you are unsure whether a dress fits you, you can feel free to dm us at hello@lamira.sg for advice.

Are sale items returnable?

Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges are not accepted.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Contact hello@lamira.com.sg as soon as possible within 7 working days with your order number and photos. We will be in contact with you shortly.

Are small colour differences considered defects?

Slight variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Are small measurement differences considered defects?

Due to mass manufacture, minor discrepancies of 0.5-1 inch are normal and not considered as defects.

Are print variations considered as defects?

Due to mass manufacture, placement of prints may differ for each piece of garment. However, we strive to take the best placements possible for each piece.

How long is store credit valid?

Store credits are valid for 6 months from issue date.

How do I use store credit?

Simply log in to your account, and apply it during checkout under promo code at check out page.

How do loyalty points work?

You earn points for each dollar spent. Points can be redeemed for discounts, and higher tiers offer extra perks. Please refer to loyalty and rewards page for more information.

Can loyalty points be combined with other promotions?

Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be stacked.

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to the Size guide and compare garment measurements. You may contact hello@lamira.com.sg with your measurements for advice.
