ORDER
You may place an order by simply selecting the item(s), desired colour and size, then add to cart. Proceed to cart out page, key in your delivery details and make payment via the various payment methods provided on our site. Please complete the payment at the moment your order was placed as all unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically. By registering an account with us , your preferred delivery address will be saved and this makes subsequent carting more convenient.
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your orders. All orders will be deemed to be final upon successful submission and payment through our site. We will proceed to process your order(s) without your further consent and/or any further notice to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any orders received through our site and in our sole and absolute discretion. Upon acceptance of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with us, where an order number will. Be assigned to you.
In any event (eg: defective item and it is the last piece) where we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this and proceed with an exchange or refund.
The price payable shall be the price of the product listed on site at the time when your order goes through successfully. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.
SHIPPING
The cost of delivery for your order will be clearly displayed to you at your cart out page. We offer International shipping, and you may email us to check if you do not find your country listed in our site.
We will strive to send your order out within the estimated timeframe as indicated when selecting your delivery method. Our designated courier partner will send your order to your indicated delivery address. However, sometimes unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery zones. In such scenarios, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched once courier services resume. Neither La’Mira nor our courier agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery.
Delivery shall be understood to have taken place as soon as you or a third party indicated by you receives the order, which will be evidenced by proof of delivery by our courier partner or the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you in your order.
BOUNCED PACKAGES
In the event where –
- the delivery of product is delayed through any unreasonable refusal to accept delivery OR/AND
- the order cannot be delivered after 2 attempts,
we may have to charge you for any fee / other costs incurred by us and/or notify you that we will be cancelling your order with immediate effect, in which case we will refund to you via store credits as applicable the amount paid under the order, less administrative charges , repeated delivery attempts charges and/or any storage fees.
