Kindly note that we only accept returns, and not exchanges due to logistics reasons.
All returns will strictly be refunded only via store credits. Store credits have a validity period of 6 months and will strictly be credited only to the original purchasing account.
Please submit your return request via your original purchasing account by selecting the item(s) to return on “My Order” page within 7 calendar days upon receiving your parcel. Any submission after the stipulated timeframe will be strictly denied. Upon successful submission of your return request on our returns portal, you will receive a return approval email from us within 3 business days. Returns are only accepted after we have approved the request, with parcel handed to courier within 3 working days of approval.
Item(s) for return must be in its original conditions received, packed into its original La’Mira transparent packaging and polymailer. Item(s) has/have to be unworn, unscented, unwashed and unaltered, with tags intact. If the original polymailer can no longer be used, you may use any other polymailer/carrier as long as the item(s) is/are securely sealed, with your name and order number indicated clearly at the front of the polymailer/carrier.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. However, returns are allowed for purchases made using our weekly discount codes, advertorial codes or birthday discounts.
Processing time for returns takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day item has been received.
La’Mira reserves the rights to reject any returns beyond the return period limit, or if items are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, you will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.
All returns postage fees will be borne by customer. Do seal your return parcel securely, state your name, order number and “LMR Returns” on the parcel for tracking and verification purposes.
Only parcels via tracked mail postage will be accepted, for example smartpac or singpost registered mail. Kindly update the tracking number under “My Account”, “ Order History”, after the parcel has been sent out.
We can arrange a pick-up at a fixed rate of $4.
The courier will pick up the item from you at your doorstep. You will be required to make a payment of $4 via PayNow after the return request is approved. The pick up will take place at the shipping address within 2-3 days after courier payment has been received, between 3pm-8pm daily (including Sundays and Public Holidays).

We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions of product and this includes the colours and visuals. However slight variations in colour between the actual product and image may occur due to photography lighting or variances in digital screen calibrations. This possible slight colour variation is not considered as a defect.
Minor variations in measurements of less than an inch are not considered as a defect due to the manufacture nature. However we will strive to provide measurements that are as accurate as reasonably possible.
As much as we try to check through every item before packing them up, we may miss out on some loose threads. Loose threads will not be considered as defects.
